I've spent the last month or so refinishing the brightwork on the honu. The exterior teak looks like fine furniture when its been refinished, so its very rewarding, but lemme tell ya... - I seriously underestimated the amount of exterior teak on my boat when I purchased her, and the time it takes to refinish it properly.
I'm going to post some before and after pictures tomorrow so you can see the difference, but the results are dramatic.
The entertainment center is complete and the LCD Tv, HD antenna and Mac Mini (that runs it all) is working marvelously. I went with a Toshiba Regza 26' widescreen (pictured below) and installed it on the bulkhead wall between the two rear windows in the salon.
The diver is coming next week to scrub off whatever critters may have attached themselves to the bottom and to change the zincs.
The new macerating head has been installed in the aft head and functions extremely well, but sounds like a giant can opener when you flush it.
